There is a way to see and enjoy it without the crowds with an optional 2 or 3 mile walk. Many people do not know that Stonehenge is part of a much wider site. A place of ancient burial mounds and earthworks. We love Stonehenge and have been visiting it for over 30 years. Let us reveal to you the stories behind the stones.

You’ll combine your tour of Stonehenge with a visit to the stunning local Wiltshire villages which are off the tourist trail and enjoy a delicious pub lunch.
Price:- 2 guests from £485 per person, 3 guests from £360 per person inclusive of light lunch and a drink and all entrance tickets. For solos and 4 to 6 guests please enquire.
Included:- Pick up and return to Chippenham Train Station (for connections to London), for all other pick up locations please enquire, a warm expert local driver guide, all entrance tickets to Stonehenge, travel, a day’s private tour for your party, incorporating Stonehenge, hidden local villages and a light pub lunch and drink.

From London – 9.30 am from Chippenham Train Station (connections to London Paddington in 66 minutes)

Tickets for Stonehenge are included. So is a light lunch and drink at a country pub.

Itinerary
9.30 am You’ll be personally met and welcomed at Chippenham train station (direct trains to London Paddington in 1 hour 10 minutes) or from your accommodation by your own private driver guide.
Take a scenic drive through local Wiltshire villages to Stonehenge visitor centre
Head through gorgeous hidden Wiltshire villages with time to get out and stroll. Plenty of pretty thatched cottages and ancient churches that like well off the beaten track and typical tourist trails.
12.30 pm Lunch at a country pub
With either a 2 mile or 3 mile walk we will walk to the stones at Stonehenge for a wonderful crowd free experience and spectacular views of the stones. Your guide will tell you the stories of the site.
5 pm to 5.30 pm Drive back to Chippenham train station or your accommodation.
